Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for employee relationship management (employee resignation, retirement, employee file management, labor contract management, social insurance and housing fund handling, etc.);
2. Responsible for updating and improving departmental functions and job responsibilities, employee position management;
3. Responsible for the company's attendance management, employee database management, and various personnel report management;
4. Assist in completing the department's annual comprehensive budget work, internal control work, 3C system review, and other tasks;
5. Responsible for improving the company's training system, actively organizing employees to participate in internal and external training;
6. Other tasks assigned by the leadership.
Recruitment Conditions:
