The leader of the Corporate Culture Construction Committee's promotion group outlined the deployment of corporate culture construction work and proposed specific requirements: corporate culture work should leverage various communication channels such as the company’s monthly magazine, park broadcasts, publications, group newspapers, and radio stations to widely promote typical deeds and figures from around us, strengthen accountability, play a leading role, actively report on the company's production and operational activities, empower corporate development, and enhance quality and efficiency; corporate culture liaisons, as the primary responsible persons for departmental corporate culture work, should actively assist in promoting the implementation of corporate culture, creating a positive working atmosphere for practicing corporate culture, and using "soft power" to drive further development of the enterprise. Participants engaged in lively discussions about various aspects of corporate culture work for 2022, sharing valuable opinions and constructive suggestions regarding publicity, reporting, and organizational aspects of corporate culture work.
