The conference opened with the solemn national anthem. The meeting heard the "2021 Trade Union Work Report" presented by Vice Chairman Gong Qijun and the "2021 Trade Union Financial Audit Report" presented by Xu Liping, Chairman of the Trade Union Financial Audit Committee. They objectively summarized the achievements of the company's trade union work in 2021 and pointed out the existing problems in the work in a pragmatic manner. In 2022, the company’s trade union will focus on the company's production and operation, continuously strengthen its own construction, and comprehensively improve service quality. Negotiating and signing the "Collective Contract" and three subsidiary contracts is an important measure promoted by the General Trade Union and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security to standardize enterprise management and protect employee rights. It is also a key work plan for the company’s trade union in 2022. Before the meeting, representatives from the enterprise and employee sides conducted multiple rounds of negotiations based on the principles of mutual respect and seeking common ground while reserving differences, ultimately reaching a consensus and forming drafts for the collective contract and three special contracts. This meeting explained the newly revised clauses, and after careful review by the representatives present, they were approved through a secret ballot. The chief representatives of both sides then signed the "Collective Contract," "Special Collective Contract for Wage Negotiation," "Special Collective Contract for the Protection of Female Employees," and "Special Collective Contract for Labor Safety and Occupational Health Protection." The convening of this meeting fully reflects the high quality and political participation ability of the employee representatives of Yashang New Energy Company, effectively enhancing the influence of wage collective negotiations in building harmonious and stable labor relations, and creating a good atmosphere for promoting wage collective negotiation work.
