After more than a month of work creation, a total of micro-course works were collected.8Each work closely adhered to the theme of the event, with exciting content and various forms, includingPPTstyle micro-courses, lecture-style micro-courses, and situational drama-style micro-courses. The works, through audible language and rich visual content, not only showcased the employees' spirit of striving for progress and wholeheartedly serving customers in their daily work but also systematically taught and guided employees on how to practice the core value of "customer satisfaction is our purpose", integrating the cultural concepts of "not competing for first place is just muddling through" and "using one day as one and a half days" into their work and life, achieving good teaching results.
