To further stimulate the innovation awareness of technical personnel and achieve the goal of increasing the company's invention patents, the company has formulated the "Intellectual Property Management Measures," "Year-End Evaluation Management Measures for Technical Personnel," and "R&D Project Management Measures," among others. It encourages technical personnel to apply for patents through rewards, evaluations, and project management, and conducts multiple training activities each year on patent applications and reward evaluation regulations to enhance the awareness and enthusiasm of technical personnel for patent applications. The company also invests a large amount of funds each year for patent applications, maintenance, and implementation. Under the guidance of various management systems, the company has two invention patents currently in the preparation for application this month, striving to obtain authorized invention patents.
