This training specially invited first aid experts from the Yangzhou Red Cross to give on-site lectures, focusing on the two most common emergencies: airway obstruction and loss of cardiopulmonary function, and introduced the most effective emergency rescue methods in an easy-to-understand manner. The experts demonstrated actions and used mannequins to simulate scenarios, emphasizing methods for quickly clearing airway obstructions for different age groups and body types. Additionally, through on-site demonstrations with human models, the experts introduced the key points and correct techniques for cardiopulmonary resuscitation, ensuring that participants fully understood, presenting a vivid first aid lesson to the attendees. Although first aid skills are effective in emergencies, health defenses should not be neglected. This training concluded with "Regular sleep, balanced diet, and moderate exercise," reminding everyone to enhance their physical fitness and maintain a strong body.
