According to the work plan of the company's discipline inspection commission for 2020, recently, the discipline inspection commission of Asia Business New Energy Company, with the support of the discipline inspection and supervision office of Weichai (Yangzhou) Yaxing Automobile Co., Ltd., established a special inspection team to conduct a nearly week-long special inspection on the operational control of the sales company's procurement contracts, supplier management, and official vehicle usage.

This special inspection focuses on2019the year7from month to2020the year6month regarding procurement contracts, newly added suppliers, and the use of official vehicles. Among them, the inspection of "procurement contracts"255contracts, qualified suppliers119(including newly qualified suppliers1), involving a total procurement amount of1.262hundred million yuan (including tax); official vehicleK156JXmileage21800kilometers; official vehicleK366YNmileage is about45000kilometers.
During the inspection period, the inspection team retrieved the company's "Supplier Management Procedures", "Official Vehicle Management Process", and other systems, as well as relevant materials such as the "Qualified Supplier Directory", "Contract (Procurement) Approval Form", "Vehicle Use Application Approval Form", "Vehicle Use Application Form", "Vehicle Mileage Record Form", and "Official Vehicle Mileage and Meal Reimbursement Application Statistics Form". At the same time, they repeatedly consulted relevant personnel from the Material Procurement Department, Sales Support Department, Office, etc. regarding related issues.
This self-inspection proposed rectification suggestions for the problems and deficiencies found in procurement management, official vehicle management, etc. The inspection team will further track and supervise the rectification completion of the responsible departments' issues and deficiencies, further strengthen the standardized management of daily work, and enhance the company's operational risk prevention and control capabilities.
