At the beginning of the new year, in order to better understand the legislative spirit of the Civil Code and to carry out business work more effectively, the Asia Business New Energy Company organized a special training session on the interpretation of the Civil Code for all sales personnel, procurement, finance, management staff in risk positions, and middle-level and above leaders. The Civil Code is known as the "Encyclopedia of Social Life" and is the first law named as a code since the founding of New China. For this training, the company's legal advisor was specially invited to help everyone sort out the various provisions of the Civil Code, focusing on the interpretation of the contract section of the Civil Code, while also providing detailed explanations of common issues encountered in the company's contract signing.
