Ten 7-meter diesel passenger vehicles and ten 7.5-meter diesel passenger vehicles have been shipped to the port and successfully loaded for delivery to a customer in Peru. Among this batch of orders, the 7.5-meter Ourei diesel passenger vehicle has become a sales hit in the local market since its first export to Peru in 2019, thanks to its differentiated product positioning and excellent product quality. In recent years, Ourei has gained high recognition from customers in the mid-to-high-end light passenger vehicle market in Peru due to its stable product quality, powerful engine system, and comfortable driving experience. The 7-meter Ourei diesel passenger vehicle is being exported to Peru for the first time, and its competitive price and a maximum passenger capacity of 21 (including the driver's seat) closely meet the needs of mid-range light passenger vehicle customers in Peru. It is noted that some tourist cities in southern Peru mainly attract tourists from Europe, leading most travel companies to use European light passenger vehicles as shuttle buses. This model has successfully completed performance testing and will become a powerful asset for the company's RV project and specialized chassis vehicle project. A high-quality commercial vehicle must possess the comfort of a sedan while also ensuring the off-road performance of an SUV. The air suspension system is the best choice to achieve this goal. Depending on the road conditions and the signals from distance sensors, the ECU determines changes in the vehicle's height and controls the air compressor and exhaust valves, allowing the air springs to automatically compress or extend, thereby lowering or raising the ground clearance of the chassis to enhance stability at high speeds or improve performance on complex terrains. The air suspension prototype fully considers the actual usage of RVs, allowing real-time control of the RV's damping stiffness and body height, thus improving ride comfort and handling stability. When traversing bumpy roads, the heavier RV body experiences greater kinetic energy fluctuations, making it difficult for ordinary suspensions to quickly dissipate vibrations. In contrast, the electronically controlled air suspension can rapidly reduce vibrations through air bags, enhancing comfort. After six rounds of discussions, the company finalized the design of the inwardly retracting guiding arm, which not only lightens the air bag installation bracket but also increases the safety distance between the air bag and the tire. Additionally, this model can adjust three driving modes for body height via a mobile app. Currently, the prototype has completed trial production, and the results of smoothness tests on frequency, pulse roads, and various typical road conditions show that this air suspension vehicle has an unloaded frequency of 1.46Hz. This means that the unloaded frequency of this vehicle is even lower than the loaded frequency of leaf spring suspensions, significantly enhancing ride comfort. It is reported that this prototype will also be sent to Xiangyang for a 14,000 km reliability verification.
