In conjunction with the construction of the WOS standard process system, a maturity evaluation of one system or process is conducted monthly, resulting in the formulation of eight improvement plans. By examining the standardization and execution of systems and processes, the effectiveness and compliance of system and process execution have been strengthened, while further enhancing the information coverage of systems and processes. In accordance with the basic standards, evaluation guidelines, and other relevant laws and regulations, the company evaluates the effectiveness of the design and operation of internal controls through multi-level and multi-round controls, including internal control self-assessments, internal control audit spot checks, and external audits.
